A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

A: USA orders arrive within 7 days; Europe within 10–15 days. International orders may vary by location.

🎨 Product Customization

Q: How do I upload my pet’s photo?
A: During checkout, there’s an option to upload your pet photo or email it directly to blankgahomes@hotmail.com after placing the order.

Q: Can I preview the design before it’s made?
A: Yes! If you request a preview via email, we can send a draft for approval before production begins.

💳 Payments & Billing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options offered by Shopify.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. Our website uses encrypted SSL and Shopify’s secure checkout to protect your personal data.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Q: Do you accept returns or cancellations?
A: Since each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production starts, except in cases of damage or error.
